How much is shipping?
Shipping in the US is $5 (economy) and $7 (standard) per order. We do charge extra for certain large or heavy items (such as large artwork). Unfortunately, we only offer domestic shipping at this time. Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with the tracking number.
Do you offer curbside pickup?
Yes! We offer free local pick-up at 105 E. San Antonio St., Lockhart, TX 78644. You will get an email when your order is ready for curbside pickup!
How fast do you ship?
We send off orders within 2 business days, Monday-Friday, but during busy holiday seasons it might take some extra time.
What is your return policy?
If you are not thrilled with your purchase(s), we are happy to issue a refund for returns received within 14 days of the original purchase date (excluding final sale items). Items must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging (if applicable). Please make sure to ship returns in a secure and trackable manner; we cannot accept damaged or missing items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before mailing back your return.
If you happen to be local or near Lockhart, you can also make returns in person at our shop.
May I change my order?
Please contact us right away if you need to change your order. We are happy to make adjustments as long as we haven't already shipped your purchase!
Is it possible to add a personalized gift card?
We are happy to write a gift note, either on one of our complimentary notecards with our logo, or within a purchased greeting card. Please let us know in your order notes.
